One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Atomic Oden could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Örjan Kihlström wanted a little to much in the start and Escalope galoped for 50 m.

Medieval Methods quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Close Piece sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Lying Sunshine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Lying Sunshine seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Close Piece speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Atomic Oden made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Close Piece.
