The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Färjestad today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Trembling Galaxy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Mikael J Andersson wanted a little to much in the start and Jodas Julia galoped for 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Jodas Julia, Brave Lilac, Sapphire Birch, Focused Piece, Brown And Brawny, Al Cartman, Texas Dolly, Trembling Galaxy.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Jodas Julia today. It continued in the lead.



Focused Piece was first on the homestretch followed by Jodas Julia and Trembling Galaxy.






Jodas Julia won. Texas Dolly came in second. Focused Piece caught third place.
