Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solvalla track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sad Technology sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Take Me Down sprinted to the front.

Quattro Miracolo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Royal Fizz couldn't come out from behind the leader, Take Me Down. Sad Technology suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Flying Hercules suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Flying Hercules showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Jolly Garden was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Quattro Miracolo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Royal Fizz couldn't come out from behind the leader, Take Me Down.

Quattro Miracolo sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
