One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Teufel Geist.

Stereo ended up behind the leader.
Once Or Twice got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Once Or Twice was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

Stereo quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Teufel Geist looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Upbeat Moonlight couldn't come out from behind the leader,

Stereo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.
Teufel Geist accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Upbeat Moonlight started to gallop after 1500m and Andre H Stensen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Once Or Twice suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
Best Of Luck galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.
Teufel Geist sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
