One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Diamond found a gap and took the lead. Uptown Downtown followed before Eyes To Fear.




Treat Me Good saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Uptown Downtown who started to galop and lost 40 m. Thunder started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Breaking Wave took the lead after 1000m. Big Diamond didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Fils De Dieu suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Breaking Wave was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Friendship gallopped for 40 m.




Breaking Wave didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.




Breaking Wave was safely in the lead after 2500m.



Breaking Wave sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Big Diamond galop. Big Diamond lost 50 m.




Eyes To Fear never caught up with Breaking Wave who won. Uptown Downtown came third.
