It had been raining for several days at Bergen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jappeloup found a gap and took the lead. Shining Maid followed before Queen Jessie.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and De Les Ciel sprinted to the front.




Queen Jessie sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Jappeloup was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
