Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kaustinen track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Great Big Boy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Antti Teivainen wanted a little to much in the start and Tüti galoped for 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tüti sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Great Big Boy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Caesar Cerf accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Caesar Cerf kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Unknown was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Caesar Cerf kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Tüti started to galopp and lost 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Caesar Cerf galop. Caesar Cerf lost 10 m.




Final standings. 1 Great Big Boy, 2 Tüti, 3 Clubbers Eye.
