It had been raining for several days at Halmstad but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Hynderweides Maximus found a gap and took the lead. Crunchy Crisp followed before Hook Me Up. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 30 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Diamond Star started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Hook Me Up took the lead after 1000m. Discendente Il Fiume didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Hook Me Up was still in the lead after 1500m. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Original Function galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Master Of The World galloped for 10 m.

Hook Me Up was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Hook Me Up was disturbed and galopped for 0 m. Hook Me Up looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Where The Scatman galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Where The Scatman galop. Where The Scatman lost 50 m.

Hook Me Up didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
