Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Eskilstuna track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Global Warning sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Savant Que Toujours suddenly started to galop. Håkan Eriksson had to struggle to get Savant Que Toujours to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

Red White 'N Blue was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Goofy Cake who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Savant Que Toujours looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Global Warning couldn't come out from behind the leader, Say It Loud.

Global Warning was still in the lead after 1500m.

Global Warning sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Global Warning didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
