One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nihilist sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Nihilist was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




My Only Secret looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Safe Deposit couldn't come out from behind the leader, Nihilist. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Nihilist today. It continued in the lead. Safe Deposit started to gallop after 1500m and Kaarlo Ahokas had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Nihilist looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






My Only Secret won the race after a spectacular finish.
