One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Waving Thinker found a gap and took the lead. Gemacht Als Anschluss followed before Access To Love.

Piazza Navona saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Gremicha took the lead after 1000m. Piazza Navona didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Oklahoma Sugar suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. V. S. Viola galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gremicha today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Oklahoma Sugar gallopped for 40 m.

Gremicha didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Piazza Navona was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.

Piazza Navona was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Piazza Navona galoped for 40 m. Gremicha were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

V. S. Viola was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.

Waving Thinker sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
