Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vintage Vanity found a gap and took the lead. Chip Chop Chef followed before Noa.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Chicago started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Chip Chop Chef looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dream Of Speed couldn't come out from behind the leader, Vintage Vanity.




Dream Of Speed looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Dream Of Speed didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Dream Of Speed looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Vzoren was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Vintage Vanity never caught up with Dream Of Speed who won. Chip Chop Chef came third.
