One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dei Gratia took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Quick Thinking, Untill Dawn, Louisiana Man, Dei Gratia, Stifling Nova, Mighty Coal, Jolly Gold, Donatello.




Dei Gratia sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Quick Thinking galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Donatello showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dei Gratia today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 50 m.



Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Dei Gratia were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Donatello galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Stifling Nova won the race after a spectacular finish.
