The weather had been good all week and Åmål was in good shape.

Session Phlex sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Session Phlex started to galop and lost 10 m. Periphere suddenly started to galop. Åke Svanstedt had to struggle to get Periphere to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

Running Puma quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Session Phlex looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Who's Sorry Now couldn't come out from behind the leader, Running Puma.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Running Puma today. It continued in the lead. Session Phlex started to gallop after 1500m and Anders I Jonsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Running Puma was still in the lead after 2000m.

Running Puma were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Who's Sorry Now made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Slow Sound.
