The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solvalla today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Happy Satellite took the lead after a very quick start. Gentleman Platinum showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Shy But Good saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Mad Wish took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Mad Wish today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Happy Satellite gallopped for 40 m. Gentleman Platinum started to gallop after 1500m and Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Fighting Face was first on the homestretch followed by Mad Wish and Elegant Lilac.






Elegant Lilac sprinted over the finishline before Mad Wish and Fighting Face.
