One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Double Scratch took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.




Sharp Sense saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Angerer took the lead after 1000m. Double Scratch didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Angerer followed by Arizona and Sharp Sense. Lane two Double Scratch followed by Geel De Passion and Gentleman Bandwith. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Angerer were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Geel De Passion made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Double Scratch.
