The weather had been good all week and Östersund was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beauty Crown could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. driver couldn't keep Trembling Sun to trotting so they were disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Cute Lemonade sprinted to the front. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Crossing Sunflower accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Beauty Crown speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Crossing Sunflower won the race after a spectacular finish.
