One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Little Top could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Fool's Gold quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Trotting In Stereo took the lead rather easily. Going To Moscow suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Trotting In Stereo was still in the lead after 1500m.



Giant Spice galloped for 60m and was disqualified. With only a little left of the race Close Knight galoped for 30 m. Trotting In Stereo kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Little Top won the race after a spectacular finish.
