The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Haapajärvi today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Printer sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Intelligent Boulder, Giant Spice, Speed Freak, Halleluja Heaven, Medieval Methods, Starlight Shadow, Eoe, Heavy Printer.




Speed Freak sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Speed Freak today. It continued in the lead.



Stegosaurus was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Stegosaurus was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race Stegosaurus galoped for 40 m. Stegosaurus was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Stegosaurus was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Speed Freak were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Stegosaurus showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Giant Spice won the race after a spectacular finish.
