The weather had been good all week and Kaustinen was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fagerviks Linnéa found a gap and took the lead. Forbløffende followed before Coastline Girl. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

Excellent Queen quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Beautiful Starshine sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Coastline Girl accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Rolling Moon suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Coastline Girl galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

No-one could catch Rolling Moon today who won before Forbløffende and Beautiful Starshine.
