One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fly With Me could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Confident Cruiser, Pommard, De Jouwer, Lone Devil, Glowing Meadow, Moving Steel, Pointing Grove, Flying Deamon.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Pommard saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Pointing Grove suddenly took over the lead.



Pointing Grove looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Bob's Golden Car was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Pointing Grove didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
