It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lightning Star took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Alizeee to trotting so they were disqualified. North Carolina suddenly started to galop. Torbjörn Jansson had to struggle to get North Carolina to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Falling Band sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Holy Sun looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Élément Perturbateur started to gallop after 1500m and Olle Hedin had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Holy Sun kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Johnny Takter tried a little too much on the homestretch and Falling Band started to galopp and lost 10 m. Running Wall was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Holy Sun didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
