One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Honourable Band sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Rugged Scout, Aladdin Sane, Honourable Band, Heavy Fighter, Sprinter, À Être Reprendre, Flower Wish, One That Counts.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Honourable Band looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Flickering Feeling started to gallop after 1500m and Mikael Lindmark had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Honourable Band sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Honourable Band kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Peter Eriksson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Sprinter started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Flower Wish sprinted over the finishline before Rugged Scout and One That Counts.
