One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carte Blanche could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Windy Diamond started to galop and lost 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Easter Bunny started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Wondering Wish who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Volga sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Volga followed by Carte Blanche and Under A Rock. Lane two Easter Bunny followed by Dreaming Of Karelia and Windy Diamond. driver couldn't keep Carte Blanche to trotting so they were disqualified.



Volga looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Easter Bunny, 2 Volga, 3 Under A Rock.
