Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Momarken track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Calming Stereo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and L'oreille Cassée sprinted to the front. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Calming Stereo galloped way to long and was disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.



With only a little left of the race Hugo Chávez galoped for 40 m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.






Hugo Chávez sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
