One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Le Plus Vite could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Playing Brightness started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Playing Brightness, Full Access, Close Devil, Le Plus Vite, Fan Voice, Brz, Super Mac, I Can Run. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Playing Brightness clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Playing Brightness followed by Fan Voice and Full Access. Lane two Le Plus Vite followed by Close Devil and I Can Run.



Playing Brightness sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Le Plus Vite sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
