Only a humble breeze blew over Haapajärvi this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lonely Daffodil could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 40 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Glowing Wind saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Starstruck Thought sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Starstruck Thought was still in the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Lonely Daffodil litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
