It had been raining for several days at Kokemäki but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Pie could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 50 m.
There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
Chansey looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that

Diamond couldn't come out from behind the leader,

Pie. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m.
Giselle suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.
Tricky
Lilac saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.
Walking
Flower seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Unknown was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.

Flower were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Shooting
Rocker galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.
Walking
Flower didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
