The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Jägersro today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Voodoo Witch. Tiebreak ended up behind the leader. Eclipse got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jörgen Sjunnesson wanted a little to much in the start and Tiebreak galoped for 40 m.

Eclipse saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Voodoo Witch looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sapphire Birch couldn't come out from behind the leader, Eclipse.

Sapphire Birch accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Voodoo Witch suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Winner of todays race was Voodoo Witch. Sapphire Birch came in second. Secret Love became third.
