One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sprinter took the lead after a very quick start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sprinter followed by Touch Of Brightness and Quickie. Lane two Levonhelm followed by Made In Norway and Diamond General. Punching Play galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Punching Play was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Levonhelm kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Levonhelm never caught up with Sprinter who won. Touch Of Brightness came third.
