Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Umåker track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Qualité Trace sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 20 m. Friendly Look was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Golden Striker saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




First Rose took the lead after 1000m. Qualité Trace didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




David The Gentleman looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Golden Striker galloped for 60m and was disqualified. With only a little left of the race David The Gentleman galoped for 10 m. Can't Hold Back was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Stay Tuned showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. David The Gentleman kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






David The Gentleman didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
