The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Viens Véritable could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The Beaver saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Viens Véritable took the lead rather easily. Focused Strategy galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Infront was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Viens Véritable followed by Sneaky Cube and Dancing Breeze. Lane two Backstabbing Jewel followed by The Beaver and Focused Strategy.



Viens Véritable was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Viens Véritable kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Jorma Kontio tried a little too much on the homestretch and The Beaver started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Backstabbing Jewel sprinted over the finishline before Viens Véritable and Sneaky Cube.
