The sun was shining on Arvika today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Portable
Band.
Québec Thunder ended up behind the leader.
Havre Legend got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Québec Thunder sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep
Swedish Whiner to trotting so they were disqualified.
Havre Legend sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Visual Phenomenon followed by
Québec Thunder and
Cowboy Wannabe.
Havre Legend didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.
Swedish Whiner was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.
Havre Legend kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
Swedish Whiner galop.
Swedish Whiner lost 50 m.
Portable
Band won the race after a spectacular finish.
