The weather had been good all week and Tampere was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Pirate found a gap and took the lead. Double Scratch followed before Shining Bouquet. Esa Holopainen wanted a little to much in the start and Slow Thrasher galoped for 30 m.




Slow Thrasher saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. High Excellency was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Double Scratch took the lead after 1000m. Shining Bouquet didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Angerer looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Shining Bouquet litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Slow Thrasher galop. Slow Thrasher lost 30 m.




Moving Steel sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
