One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Steel Paradigm sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Daragh was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Estimer was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Indépendant was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Estimer followed by Pretty Moment and Steel Paradigm. Lane two Scarlet Eyes followed by Daragh and Hollywood Princess. Hollywood Princess galloped for 50 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and On Fire gallopped for 50 m. Steel Paradigm galloped for 20 m.




Estimer didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Scarlet Eyes gallopped 20 m after 2000m.



Estimer kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Estimer. Pretty Moment came in second. Steel Paradigm became third.
