The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Orgueil De Vous. Polished Runner ended up behind the leader. Famous Meadow got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Orgueil De Vous clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Orgueil De Vous was still in the lead after 1500m.



Orgueil De Vous looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Famous Meadow never caught up with Orgueil De Vous who won. Tempting Rose came third.
