The weather had been good all week and Åmål was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Global Kid. Visual Phenomenon ended up behind the leader. Direct Hit got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Direct Hit was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Doom, Focused Moment, Visual Phenomenon, Luxury Addict, Pontiac, Direct Hit, Global Kid, Give It All. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Pontiac sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Focused Moment was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Global Kid looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Visual Phenomenon gallopped for 50 m.

Global Kid didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Global Kid seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.

Tilbede Mig was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Tilbede Mig galloped way to long and was disqualified. Global Kid were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Per-Arne Abelin tried a little too much on the homestretch and Tilbede Mig started to galopp and lost 0 m.

Doom made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Pontiac.
