One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Twice A Day. From Here On ended up behind the leader. Luke Warm got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m. Kari Rosimo wanted a little to much in the start and Luke Warm galoped for 30 m.

King Warrior saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Luke Warm started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Beanie Baby sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

With only a little left of the race Fast Comet galoped for 10 m. Beanie Baby sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Fast Comet galop. Fast Comet lost 10 m. Luke Warm galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.

Beanie Baby kept the speed the whole finish and won before Twice A Day and Amina.
