Delightful Song saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Walking Star was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Cotton White C. was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Tropical Moment was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Cotton White C. was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Delightful Song followed by Funky News and Stunning Starshine. Lane two Vejle Mille followed by Tropical Moment and Starstruck Moment. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 40 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Opposing Peach gallopped for 10 m.

Delightful Song kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
