One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Portable Stereo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Focused Puma, Amazing Box, African Fighter, Dead Asteroid, Portable Stereo, Araignée Rouge, Walking Play, Jambuster. Pointe Du Croisic started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Portable Stereo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dead Asteroid couldn't come out from behind the leader, Focused Puma. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Dead Asteroid looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Portable Stereo galloped for 10 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Araignée Rouge gallopped for 10 m.

Dead Asteroid kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Pointe Du Croisic was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Dead Asteroid were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Pointe Du Croisic galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. Pointe Du Croisic galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Portable Stereo won the race after a spectacular finish.
