One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Flying Scope. Scyther ended up behind the leader. Supreme Victory got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Giresse, Scyther, Supreme Victory, Expert Opinion, Flying Scope, Manolo, Sad Bear, Mon Pompadour. Breaking Sun was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Scyther sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Scyther was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Polished Folder gallopped for 40 m.




Expert Opinion took the lead.



Expert Opinion sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Supreme Victory galop. Supreme Victory lost 50 m.




Expert Opinion didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
