One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Give Me Strength found a gap and took the lead. Glory Fire followed before Ready For Takeoff.

This is the positions after 500m. Ready For Takeoff, Give Me Strength, Unknown, Golden Future, Glory Fire, Bronze, Perfect Thunder, Parfait. Glory Fire was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Glory Fire sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Glory Fire followed by Give Me Strength and Unknown. Lane two Ready For Takeoff followed by Golden Future and Laser Pen. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 40 m.

Glory Fire was still in the lead after 2000m.

Fly Low was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Glory Fire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Fly Low was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Parfait showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Golden Future won the race after a spectacular finish.
