One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hear Me Tonight sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Crossover Starshine started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Warlord Palema followed by The Mercenary and Crossover Starshine. Lane two Hear Me Tonight followed by Snoepje De Suite and Saint Jack. Unknown galloped for 50 m.
