One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Lightning Hero took the lead after a very quick start. Snap Shot was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. When the startcar left the field Diamond Diablo started to galop and lost 30 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Judge Me Never sprinted to the front.
Snap Shot started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Sweet Sound was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Windy Peach was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
Windy Peach looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
With only a little left of the race
Snap Shot galoped for 20 m.
Snap Shot was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
Snap Shot showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Windy Peach looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
