The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Fly Low found a gap and took the lead. Great Gene followed before My Sunshine. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Great Gene sprinted to the front. True Convention was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Credit Hall was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Flying Glory suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Great Gene followed by Beautiful Nova and Fly Low. Lane two My Sunshine followed by Love Mist and Almost Honest. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Allready A Legend was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race True Convention galoped for 10 m. Great Gene kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Great Gene today who won before My Sunshine and Beautiful Nova.
