One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Old Rocker found a gap and took the lead. Fast Feet followed before Kalevala. Heavy Bomb galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Kalevala was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.




Kalevala clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Kalevala followed by Double Winner and Old Rocker. Lane two Breaking Starlight followed by Fast Feet and Star Champion.



Heavy Bomb was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race Kalevala galoped for 30 m. Double Winner looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Café Au Lait galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Breaking Starlight didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
