One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Frozen Map took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. driver couldn't keep Cold Hearted Lady to trotting so they were disqualified. When the startcar left the field Hugo Boss started to galop and lost 20 m.

Uptown Downtown saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Hugo Boss showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Screaming Paradigm was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Uptown Downtown today. It continued in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Hugo Boss galoped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Hugo Boss galoped for 10 m. Uptown Downtown kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Uptown Downtown didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
