One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Derby Star sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Swoop quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Old Steel sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Old Steel followed by Swoop and Dark Max. Lane two Derby Star followed by Holy Daffodil and Advanced Map.



Old Steel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Darth Maul galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Swoop sprinted over the finishline before Derby Star and Old Steel.
