The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Harstad today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Millbrook Star. Tripping Pearl ended up behind the leader. Glorious Starshine got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Hard Night suddenly started to galop. Gunnel Fredriksson had to struggle to get Hard Night to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Two Of Hearts started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Long Time Ago looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Tripping Pearl couldn't come out from behind the leader, Vanilla Maniac.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Vanilla Maniac followed by Tripping Pearl and Blavatskij. Lane two Glorious Starshine followed by Big Miracle and Long Time Ago. Long Time Ago galloped for 20 m.



Vanilla Maniac sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Tripping Pearl today who won before Vanilla Maniac and Glorious Starshine.
