One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mad Cake took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Funky News galloped way to long and was disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Shining Summer was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Mad Cake never caught up with Hancock Park Waltz who won. Sleepy Pie came third.
